For the record I was not starting a mass protest against her I was just passing along the news. But I still don't think the comment was cool even though she didn't write it.

The (whacked) "Sopranos" star, who plays a beautician on the "Friends" spin-off, tells a joke where she says that answering the phone saying, "Hairdresser to the stars" sounds a lot better than saying "Hairdresser to Dominicans." The New York music scene never ceases to amaze me. And this has been one of those weeks.........
On one hand, a well-known webmaster and promoter registered the domain name of an artist and then attempted to stick the artist up with an "offer" to sell him his own name - which was purchased for $19.00 - for a sum in the thousands. It is to be noted that the artist in question has struggled since the 90s and has finally come up with a hit soloist album that will appease all who are anxious for the comeback of "elegant merengue." As to the webmaster in question, a shining example of brilliant enterprise - wouldn't you say..................?
Then, a New York-based music industry person of questionable repute, sold Zacarias Ferreira to an entity in Maryland for $9,500 and then disappeared with a $9,500 deposit. It appears this individual also sold Luis Vargas, who knew NOTHING about the performance, and who is at present, in Santo Domingo, booked solid on and around the September 17th date. Not only did this individual steal money from the organizers of the event, but if Mr. Ferreira fails to appear, the fans will most likely blame him, rather than this other "shining example of brilliant enterprise."
I ask you Remo, how can these individuals look at themselves in the mirror each morning. Is it possible they tape over their mirrors, or that they have absolutely no shame in being exposed as outright scoundrels and thieves?
I also ask how these individuals, who would certainly be the first to kiss Dominican turf in adoration of their flag, are capable of cheating, deceiving, stealing, defaming and otherwise humiliating their own countrymen.
I get into a lot of trouble because of my sense of justice and, believe me, it required self-control not to include the names of these perpetrators here. Someone has to stand up and speak out against these blatant abuses. Señores - all of us want to make money. But the real rewards and cash awards stem from INNOVATION. Instead of using your creativity to steal, use it to develop a new musical group or other commensurate idea. To the contrary, they are nothing but leeches and puny vampires.

Les escribo para contarles algo especial que sucedió, tan especial que apenas pude esperar a comunicarlo a todos ustedes. Ayer en la Discoteca Tropical en New Jersey pasé uno de los mejores momentos de mi vida. Como ya saben, yo y Anthony Santos somos muy buenos amigos desde hace mucho tiempo. Tuve lo oportunidad de subir a la tarima con él en la República Dominicana hace 2 meses donde toqué guitarra con él –
fue una experiencia muy bonita. Pero ayer se repitió en la Area Metropolitana de Nueva York en el Tropical. Le había dicho a Anthony antes de la fiesta que iba a verlo tocar en el Tropical, y que iba de camino porque tenía una presentacion en Virginia. Me dijo que me esperaba allá. Cuando llegué, ya había comenzado a tocar. Pero de repente paró la música y me presentó al público de una manera muy especial para mí. Yo siempre he admirado y respectado a Anthony Santos, pero después de ayer, si cabía mas respecto en mi corazón, ayer definitivamente se llenó. No fue el hecho de haberme presentado al público, sino la forma en que lo hizo. El mismo cariño y respecto que yo le tengo a él, él me brindó a mí con las palabras que dirigía al público. Dijo tantas cosas bonitas, que en mi mente volvi atrás - a los quince años cuando colectaba todo lo de Anthony Santos, sus cds, sus conciertos en vivo, todas las cosas de él. –absolutamente todo. Era tan increible como aquel niño que vivía y respiraba Anthony Santos, hoy de repente se encontraba compartiendo tarima con su idolo. Me emocioné tanto que no pude aguantarme y empecé a llorar como un niño. No me importó cuanta gente me viera llorar.
Esto ha sido algo tan grande que queria compartir la experiencia con todos mis fans y con los fans de el también.
Definitivamente sé que volverá a pasar de nuevo algún día. Pero ya seguro estaré preparado para escuchar lo que el va a decir y podré controlar mis sentimientos. Pero como fue la primera vez que le escuchara hablar de esa forma y en publico, fue un momento sumamente inolvidable. Me he dado cuenta que no solo con los aplausos y las palabras bonitas de mis fans me puedo sentir especial – sino también sentir tanta admiración y respecto de mi tocayo - a quién he admirado toda la vida. Gracias a mi ídolo y padre artisticamente hablando por hacer aquel nino volver a nacer. Y, a los fans de la bachata, y de Anthony Santos or aceptarme en este género.

El Jeffrey fue un artista invitado en el show de Carlos Batista "Con Los Famosos" y durante la entrevista El Jeffrey se sobre paso con sus comentarios. Its the today you're hot, tomorrow you're not motto. Carlos Batista le pregunto que si el piensa que es el merenguero mas pegado y El Jeffrey le contesto que si pero de hoy. O sea que entre los merengueros de ahora HOY el es el mas pegado, ok eso se entiende y se sabe, pero despues la entrevista cojio otro camino. Sucede que ese fin de semana El Jeffrey estaba supuesto tocar en LA TOMA de San Cristobal, Krisspy a sido el unico artista que a llevado 5,000 personas a este local o sea que lo arrebento, nunca se a visto un publico tan grande para ver un artista tocar en LA TOMA...pues El Jeffrey dijo que el ivas a llevar mas gente porque el esta mas pegado que Krisppy, error #1...total ni 3,000 personas llevo..pero el error de Jeffrey fue decir que el apuesta que llena el Jet Set el "solo" y que lleven a Sergio, Tulile, Eddy Herrera, Los Rosarios a tocar en otro club cerca y el apuesta que la fiesta del seria mas llena. Eso estuvo muy mal por el. El le esta faltando el respeto a esos artistas. El artista no puede darse ese valor de Dios porque esta pegado en el momento. Jeffrey para los que se acuerdan de el era unos de los frentes/cantante de La Artilleria y despues que se salio nunca pego una. Claro ahora pego, porque? Porque el merengue estaba en el suelo, Tono ya esta saturado, Amarfis y los merengueros de calle saturaron la plaza. El merengue necesitaba una voz y imagen para volver y EL JEFFREY trajo ese paquete. Por eso el tipo esta donde estas. Pero no es justo que el regrese y en su pegada tirarle a los artistas que tienen su historia hecha. Por ejemplo, Eddy Herrera hizo ese comentario "“Jeffry no es el merengue” porque? Porque Eddy Herrera esa misma semana estaba celebrando sus 14 años en la musica y el sigue aportando al merengue y siente que El Jeffrey no es la cara o sea lider de los merengueros de ahora. Tambien Eddy dijo que Johnny Ventura una vez reclamo que el era el merengue que incluso tiene un tema titulado "Yo Soy El Merengue" pero el es el Papa Del Merengue y se merece ese titulo porque su trayectoria corren millas. Jeffrey es de ahora si nos ponemos a comparar. Como se le ocurre a El Jeffrey tirarle a Los Rosarios? Un grupo que este fin de semana celebra sus 25 años en la musica en el Carnegie Hall. Sergio Vargas? Mas de 20 años de exitos! O sea que El Jeffrey se paso pero muy pasao. El si esta pegao pero tiene que ser humilde y no dejar que se le suba los humos a la cabeza porque miren a Pochy Familia, el era el mas pegado, y donde esta hoy? La Cocoband fue la institucion musical de los años 90's. Jeffrey tiene que bajarse porque la consistencia es lo que vale, cuando el pueda decir que tiene 5 producciones que fueron todas puros exitos despues se puede comparar a esos monstruos del merengue. Hay que respetar.
Para concluir Remolacha, averiguen bien las cosas antes de ponerla en el website. En el medio musical el que tu menos piensa es el que se pega, a cada artista le llega su dia, a El Jeffrey le llego su dia, claro despues de todas esas pelas con La Artilleria y los 5 años que duro aqui en EE.UU. cantando como solista por chelitos y grabo una produccion que no hizo nada, pues claro me alegro que por fin despues tantos años de aguantar pela le llego su dia, pero no es justo que venga a tratar de burlarse de los merengueros que hoy siguen tratando de llevar el merengue hacia delante y revivirlo.

EL EQUIPO DE LOS WARRIORS DE LA NBA LE FIRMA CONTRATO POR TRES AÑOS A UN DOMINICANO
El dominicano Luis Flores llegó a un acuerdo por tres años con el equipo de la NBA, los Warriors de Golden State.
Flores conversó anoche a las 10:19 de la noche con periodistas de El Nacional para confirmar que "he llegado a un arreglo con los Warriors por tres años y estoy muy feliz".
Flores no entró en detalles sobre la cantidad de dinero que le ofertó el conjunto de la NBA, pero reveló que mañana, el martes o el miércoles se hará el anuncio oficial y firmará el contrato.

...Soy locutor radial, aunque no he tenido la suerte de darme a conocer, pues he trabajado en emisoras poco conocidas. Quisiera que me ayudes a expresar mi frustración por la participación del Bachatero Antony Santos en fiestas y conciertos.
El gran virtuoso de la guitarra, poseedor de una gran voz, de letra envidiable y un sentimiento embriagador, ahora cree que va a mantener al publico contento con popurries, cantando trocitos de canciones que va entrelazando para después marcharse a su próximo compromiso. It's going to be 8 years since Tupac Shakur's death and he's still dropping albums. On September 7, 1996 standing up through the open sunroof of a BMW 750 sedan, rap artist Tupac Shakur is talking to some women at a Las Vegas street intersection when a white Cadillac pulls alongside. Gunfire erupts, and Shakur is shot four times. He dies in the hospital a week later.

Twista injured in fatal car accident
Twista was injured in a car crash that killed a member of his entourage Monday (Sept. 7) morning in Pennsylvania. The rapper was treated and released after the van he was a passenger in crashed on Interstate 90, as Twista was heading from Syracuse, New York, to his hometown of Chicago. The van swerved off the road and into the median where it flipped over. Arthur Dixon of Chicago suffered fatal injuries and died at the Hamot Medical Center. Five other occupants were also injured, none seriously. No charges have been filed against the driver of the vehicle, but police are still investigating why the driver swerved off of the road

I was unlucky enough to attend this party on Saturday the 4th, after Aventura performed there was one fight that turned into two fight to almost a riot security was able to sort of control, then shortly after all the Antony Santos musico were on stage and ready to play a smaller fight broke out.
I know is not the management's fault that a fight broke out but this is the second time that I have attended an amazura party where fights close down the club. Now I have been to many other clubs in the city before and when a fight breaks out, they quick take the people that fight and kick them out. there are many security people visible all around these clubs, I hardly see any amazura security around at times, its like they hire 4 guys to do their security work which is ridiculous for the size of the place.
I very disappointed at the way the night went and myself as well as many people, that I know will not be attending any more parties at this club its just too much of hassle to have to pay $40($70 if you didn't buy the ticket in advance) to have a bad night at a club.Maybe amazura should think about the safety of other people before profits, which is never going to happen and therefore will cause for cancelled performances.

Loco, who ever the fuck it was that were fighting like some fuckin little kids at that shyt are fucking morons, cuz of them faggots antony didnt perform.. it was a band decision to not perform because Antony didnt get a chance to come out .. The band were setting up there instruments and then the rumbling was still going on ever since aventura left the stage around 4:30 a.m COÑO YO ESTAVA QUILLAISIMO!

I was @ amazura on sat. 1st off all security was horrible the worst security check ever ... they told me to empty out my pockets they padded my pockets and that was it in the door i went......made no sense i could have packed a gun on my back or in my sock .......the fight broke out right after Aventura performed it got crazy so i walked out the back way they wanted to stop me but Chelin from la cabana and Jhonny Marines from aventura made the save....los musicos de Anthony Santos were just getting there but 5.0 had the block on lock down as i passed by the front of the club there was a kid all cut up he had on a white shirt but it turned in to red with all the blood then a sargeant rolled up and said to "lock it down" so i was happy i left b4 it got worse.
